The werrey that fled might not have hands in her death but running away make him a potential suspect.

First the command needs to get the lady's phone to know the last person she called as soon as she said she was going to Dei-Dei.

Incase the phone is missing, the command can request the number from her family, then proceed to the network provider (MTN, Airtel, Glo, Etisalat) who will do a proper voice run though on her recent conversations including messages if possible. Within days, the identity of the said guy will be unveiled.

Then he will resume a case of suspected murder which he needs to prove his innocence.
