Vote Buying Prevalence by Zone:
South East — 41.44%
North West — 35.42%
South West — 24.87%
South South — 22.97%
North East — 15.50%
North Central — 10.23%

If you were an observer at a polling unit in the North Central region, you had a 1 in 10 chance of witnessing vote buying.

If you were in the South East, your chances jumped to 4 in 10.

They awarded bogus votes to LP across SE to the extent that the votes of PDP and APC agents were counted for Saint Peter Obi but they were so disappointed when they couldn't manipulate the IREV results due to firsthand information that disrupt their evil plan

It's not an el pee thing. Vote buying has always been the norm in the SE and some parts of the SS, long before it became prevalent in other parts of Nigeria.
