Intelligence is seriously lacking here. Where is it stated in this report that LP bought votes. Without vote buying and cooking of figures in the SE as anchored by Orji Kalu, David Umahi and Hope Uzodinma, Tinubu won't have secured those votes in Imo, Ebonyi and Abia.
That is what the report is referring to.
That someone lost doesn't automatically means he is innocent of rigging.
Rigging could be done to close the losing gap in your opponents stronghold.
