....even Makinde knows APC is winning Oyo State ( both presidential and gubernatorial). Those that make things happen in Oyo PDP have mostly moved to APC. The strategic location of a federal University in the state by FG is another master stroke.
In Osun State,there is a court pronouncement restraining CBN from releasing Osun LG allocation. Are you saying PBAT should subvert judicial process or disobey court order?
As for me,Makinde is the least performing governor in southwest and he's the one with loudest noise. How can a Governor who openly kicked against and undermines LG financial autonomy be seen a performer?
