The annoying part of the loss is the lack of urgency from these boys while losing the match, passing unnecessary around the box I just dey vex Dey watch these boys |

The crazy thing is that Man city has never lost a title race, to beat City to the title you need to be several points ahead. Now the pressure will be much than earlier in the season cus na now our Bleep up dey always start. Make I hear say any Arsenal fan never dey get doubt already. |

iamoyindamola:My stance on his predictability is still on. Carrick beat him then as caretaker, left, returned and beat him again. Lol Our halftime discussion should be the most useless among top 6 teams in the last 4 games. Nothing significant changes enough to make one anticipate in their seats. |

iamoyindamola:No be this season biko, apari sef go still collect. They'll be playing spuds next, a team that has always given them headache home and away even when they were in relegation zone last season. Let's hope they maintain the status quo. |

My Lamentations start last week cos I have seen the pattern before... Remember the Saka lost penalty at West ham that led to 2 goal advantage being lost 3 years ago and so on, I see that pattern with Forest last week when we self-destruct by benching players for Inter dead rubber... Good to see others joining in ... |

Points drop 2 vs Liverpool 2 vs Forest 3 vs Man U and at Emirates 7points dropped We should be 12 points ahead by now if we had a manager not obsessed with recycling balls in times of urgency and overthinking. 3 games and a combined 76touches in the opponents box but we can't even win these games. We can't even get a clear cut pk that needs no var review. Subs are coming on but play style is still the same. And you say make i no blame Arteta? |

germaphobe:Na from that Liverpool match I don let go. We will continue next season. But I sincerely wish Arteta can resign so we can have De Zerbi abi na that Michel Sanchez. |

iamoyindamola:Gyokores hugged the last line and didn't receive balls. Manager on touchline waved him to drop deep. He did and all through our counters guy was caught out of position. When he's in position, hin no dey see ball. That backline were comfy throughout the game except during our corner kicks. And na only Maguire tall pass there. Yet!! GJ started one counter on the lw and turned back instead of going further up the pitch despite the space. How is he now better than Gyokores wey no dey see any ball. Barely 6 games of his return and his fan boys are now quiet. Can't even make an opponent scared. I wanted him to start but he disappeared and whe he reappeared i wished he stayed as a ghost. |

daveP:Your MCM wey you clamour for last season, what's been his impact this season? You swore Arteta was stubborn not to get a striker. You even joined them to spread the falsehood here that Arteta is imposing Sesko on the board. You and your cronies are here jubilating when we signed Victor (as per Berta vs Arteta agenda). Now, you're turning around blaming the coach when your favorite striker is stinking all over the field. What hypocrisy! I mean, just look at that header and the last minute chance he messed up. Omo eh |

While we are at it, can we talk about Zubi? Sometimes, like today, I don't blame him entirely even though he looked lost and overwhelmed out there. He couldn't figure out the spaces between him and United's midfielders. Countless times, they breezed past him and eliminated his positioning. However, the same can be said of all our midfielders. For perspective, take a close look at Dorgu's and Cunha's goals! United's midfield play and passing just made our players look like cones as they weaved past us. They shrunk the midfield, put our midfielders in the middle of their passing box and just eased their way into scoring. Compare that to our midfielders always wide away from each other. We are playing longer passes between each other, stretching the middle just so we can find width. Do you know why we are looking for width? Well, we have a higher chance of winning corner kicks when we do that. When we lose the ball, because our midfielders are soo far apart, United or any opponent are able to breeze past before our defenders even approach them. |

mostob:I've never shyed away from blaming Gyokores, even for that last minute chance which ended as a foul. Pls blame Arteta now. Call out his blunders. Gyokores or no Gyokores, one constant remains-Arteta!!! Abeg abeg abeg!!! Which manager will be this off the hook like Mikel? Throwing away 7points when it matters. GJ is back GJ is back but he's better off where he came from than even this stale Gyokores. We still play like we've got no pointman, relying heavily on setpieces. |

Arteta is killing the players, it was Martinelli and now Odegaard they are now robots(defend and defend) We know what Odegaard can do, he stopped making risk passes or taking shots for an AM |

iamoyindamola:Saliba had space to shoot and hesitated. A serious manager would be extremely furious at that and if indeed the fuming was effective the player will shoot next game. The 12345 between Bruno and Dorgu for that goal, we no fit do am near opponent box. 😭 |
