If it is being done by MTN we won't hesitate to say that. Your factor will not prevent people from telling the truth and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.
This is a federal government project done by the Nigeria's ministry of works from Nigeria's collective coffers not from Tinubu Pocket or anyone's pocket.

Subsidy removal money in action. Past govts abandoned all these roads including Lagos Ibadan Express because no money after subsidy. Things are changing in 3 years. Tinubu is a visionary. While Obi is building China in the air Tinubu is revamping our infrastructure. My conclusion is that he must do his second term to continue with his works. Afterwards anybody can come.

The scale of road building everywhere is unprecedented since the return of civilian government.

One thing I notice is, they are going for the big roads connecting towns and cities. These are the most expensive roads which past governments didn't fix due to fear of the cost.

This government takes on difficult projects head-on and overcome them.
