Tata it's economic sabotage when markets that government generate revenues from, close on the 1st working day of the week. If you don't have sense better know it now. S-@-H has killed the economic life of the state and driven away investors so if you want to continue then better go to another state that'll tolerate such rubbish cos Anambra won't allow you Kanu sympathizers to continue destroying the state economically back2sender: |

Idiotic decision. Why close the market for 1 week punishing hundreds if not thousands of innocent traders who have no involvement in closing the market on Mondays 🤔 Instead, just as he forcefully shut the market for 1week, he should have simply ensure that all markets are open and the people trying to shut it are sacked and arrested. After that only the traders that fail to open should be given written notice of sanctions if they fail to open on Monday. |

IPoB is closing Market and Soludo is closing Market for disobedience! That's not how to treat people running from insecurity. |

So Mbah of Enugu is also bigger than ipobs(not Igbos) cos he did exactly the same thing Soludo is doing now and heaven didn't fall. Just imagine how grown adults willingly destroy their own economy because of the love they have for an evil, con artist and his stupid secceccionist agenda. IFELE MEGBUO UNU. He only had to ensure the markets are open and then only punish those traders that fail to open with hefty fines and threat of eviction. Where is his useless Agunachemba, he supposed to use to keep IPOB sit at home enforcers away? But I know Soludo is not serious and Agunachemba are made of the same set of IPOB people enforcing Sit At Home and causing insecurity. |

Very good punishment. Let the traders sit at home for one week in honour of terrorist Kanu. The problem with Onitsha traders is that many of them are illiterates. In Awka the state capital where there is better literacy, Eke Awka and other markets open every Monday. |

Don't mind those Kanu brainwashed fuuls, they can't even reason with their own brain to realize how inimical the s-@-h order is destroying the economy of the state. All subtle attempts by Soludo since 2023 to make them stop it fell on deaf ears and now he's wielding the big stick they are crying profusely that he's anti-igbo. Because he wants to free them from the Stockholm Syndrome love that is ruining them and the state. Mbah did same thing in Enugu, after their usual hue and cries like they are doing now, they comformed and today their no more s-@-h in Enugu. So Soludo shouldn't listen to them cos this is what he should've done along with Mbah since 2024. He should turn his attention to Nkwo Nnewi market next, those ones also need a rude awakening to reset their brains to factory settings. Ndi ala Kanu sapulu ubulu KidFromForeign: |

gidgiddy:And you claim to be an Igbo man? I wonder if that is truly so. I wonder if you have been to the SE in recent times. I noticed that you have never been a fan of Governor Soludo. Of all the Governors of the SE, you single him out always for your bad remarks. Even if you are an Igbo person, I wonder how you do not understand the pain of the heavy revenue loss to Anambra state every Monday. I wonder how you have never imagined the amount of capital that is taken across to Delta state from Anambra state. I wonder how you do not know that normalcy long returned to other parts of the SE, except for Anambra state. If you have made your research a little, you’d have discovered that criminal elements from other parts of the SE and the rest of the country, turned Anambra state into a theater of war, safeguarding their own states. The governor without doubt made the right move. Citizens have been moving freely about on Mondays, but keep away from businesses on the day. Anambra is predominantly a trading state. The state survives and makes revenue when trade works. It is the business of the governor to provide enabling conditions for trade to thrive. That’s why he set up various security groups, supported them and they effectively fought and brought that sit at home to an end. If anyone comes out on Mondays to shoot at people, simply know that the said person is an armed robber, pretending to enforce a non existent sit at home. Now traders will wake up. They all know the losses that they will suffer for staying away from their businesses for one week, particularly as they only resumed from the Christmas holiday. If they like, they can return to their villages to celebrate more for the duration. If they fail, it is within the powers of the governor to shut them down again and again, until they comply. Enough of supporting the wrong things, you the youths of this country. Granted that we have too many irresponsible leaders, you must note that the citizens too must not continue to be so irresponsible and promote such horrible situations in the country. Go to Uga, upper Iweka and the bridge head after 5 p.m and confirm how huge that main market is, just observing traders going home. You see them moving to different locations from Uga to Atani, to Asaba, Igbuzo, Agbor, Nkpor, Awka, etc. The closure will definitely affect and wake up buyers of goods who come from different parts of the country daily to make their purchases. Traders must wake up and join hands with the governor to make the state work. That’s why the votes for him in the first place. |
