Amen. This highway was conceived under Shehu Shagari. Many President later, nada till PBAT came along.

Ditto Lagos-Calabar Coastal highway conceived under OBJ and abandoned till PBAT took charge with his commitment to complete several huge but abandoned legacy infrastructure projects that will have immense positive influence on the socioeconomic growth and development of Nigeria.

How is it wrong to give credit to Tinubu for resurrecting and committing to completing a highly critical infrastructure project abandon 43 years, since 1983, many Presidents and heads of States, nine in total, had ignored?
