Tinubu is counting in Abba to deliver Kano to him but even Abba himself will be relying on Ganduje's structure to return elected because he has no structure of his own. No be juju be that? Who will now deliver who? Abba, the snake oil salesman has nothing to offer Tinubu. There's only one leader in Kano.
