Do you think those proxies still retain enough firepower? I was expecting them to swing into action during the 12D war but only the Houthis managed to launch missiles towards Israel. Anyway I don't know much about their capabilities. It will be good for Iran not to launch a preemptive attack either directly or through its proxies so as to preserve its international support.
