raumdeuter:Normally he no supposed his party primary sef considering Oyo State is a highly traditional Yoruba state that is home to kingdoms like Oyo, Ibadan, Ogbomosho, etc that value the Yoruba Traditional beliefs and cultural values. Anybody coming out for governor with the thought of ever introducing Sharia into the state should not even win a primary election of the smallest party in the state. |

BlueRayDick:There have always been extremists who always want to sneak things in From the days of Lam Adesina there have always been Moslem extremists who tried to sneak doctrines into governance, There was a time when Hijab for all secondary school was a big issue in even Lagos state. There have always been people even politicians who tried stuffs in the past and didnt work |

BlueRayDick:There are extremists even among the populace. It wont fly in a state like Oyo. Maybe it might work in other states. Sharia wont fly in Oyo given the high number of Xtians and traditional people in the state |

BlueRayDick:Even as students in University over 20yrs ago, there were extremists in the school. There were some Moslem brothers who fought students that were watching pornn. And stated they should be banned from watching porn. It led t OAU closure in 2005 If the number of those extremists grow, they will say you cant breathe anymore without reciting koran |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 9:16pm On Jan 27 |
BlueRayDick:it is a hill i will die on . i have said it multiple times. there is now a large northern muslim community in festac and as they are moneyed middle and upper middle class, they are throwing their weight around. i see it in some schools. young girls now wearing hijab. which obviously happened because the muslim parents put pressure for this to be school uniform for muslims. something that was no one was bothered about before. you will now have some parents who will be aggressively checking your daughters for not wearing hijab as a personal uniform. it starts with small and not really consequential things, but where does it end? some places up north they will likely stone/harass women or girls who do not wear hijab. if some of these refugees from boko haram have their way, we will be doing that here as well |

izzou:Shittu is in APC, He was from the CPC faction of Buhari that formed APC. In the SW its mostly the ACN faction of the APC that is ruling |

MorataFC:He will likely be Accord party candidate, while he might not be able to win, he can take votes from and scatter the plans of a potential winner He is like the leper who cannot squeeze milk but can spill already squeezed milk |

Ihebu4chelsea:I know someone who almost went to jail because of this in Nigeria. He was a Driver, and while he was at that park, someone brought an envelope to send as a waybill. The person said it was a document that was there, so he didn't open it. While on the journey, NDLEA stopped him, searched the vehicle and searched the envelope. Behold, a small nylon was inside with white powder. They arrested him Because they believed his story, they sent their agents in Benin to go to the park (He was heading to Benin), and call the recipient that the waybill has arrived. That was how the Weyrey showed up, and they arrested him. Na wetin save that guy be that. |

raumdeuter:Even when I was in school we had them too right here in Lagos. They make issues out of the smallest and negligible matter. Even some fellow Muslims find their posituon on issues on the extreme. They make everything about fighting /activism and confrontation. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 10:32pm On Jan 27 |
GloriousGbola:It's all those MURIC and his followers that pushed all those agenda, not any northern Muslim group in Lagos. I knew when he started all those agitation way back. He would call for parents to go picket public schools because the principal said Hijab is not part of the school uniform approved by the government. He instigated a whole lot of demonstration all in the name of fighting for "rights" |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by MorataFC: 10:41pm On Jan 27 |
izzou:Hmm, Kudos to those NDLEA officials, they do their work dutifully just to bail the innocent man out. If it na police, na sorry be the case, he may go to jail because of it. May God help us all. |

@raumdeuter Why is it hard to be a successful godfather in naija now? It was quite easy in the early 2000s. As of today, Tinubu is the only Godfather in the whole country that his stooge isn't giving headache back2back. Almost every other Godfather in the country is having one fight or the other with their stooges. Tinubu sef is a bad guy. He knows he can't tolerate what some of these stooges are doing to their Godfathers from his own stooge in Lagos but he's giving them a lifeline. Back in the day, obj will tell you to go and reconcile with your Godfather, meanwhile baba wasn't even a Godfather himself oh. So, why is Tinubu who is a Godfather and knows the pain it takes to install someone on a seat supporting the stooges? A strategy perhaps. |

TemporaryHansel:I think our democracy was still nascent then, it is still so partially...... |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 11:38pm On Jan 27 |
TemporaryHansel:Who are examples of stooges that Tinubu is supporting against their godfather There are still godfather in Nigerian politics with varying level of relationships from cordial to estranged Fubara to Wike , Ododo to Yaya Bello, Nwifiru to Umahi. Abba Yusuf to Kwankwanso, Umo Eno to Akpabio, Fintiri to Atiku Tinubu probably doesnt care about your godfather relationships as long as it doesn't threaten his own re-election |

Only a naive person will think Isra el will relinquish their control again after Oct 7,the dream of Palestine state died on that day both in the minds of leftist Jews and people who thought they could live in peace with jihadist scums., they're taking everything back 💪.Never again is now.

raumdeuter:Both are correct. Nothing dey the Beckham boys head, no talent, no education. But their parents still dey run their relationship via media. If Beckhams brief against you for media for UK, your own done finish. Right from football days when certain managers were trying to drop him to transition from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 as he was an archaic 4-4-2 winger |
