It is statements like this that make one recoil.
But you won't recoil if someone acts as both Father and son in a movie using different costumes. Would you?

It only shows how spiritually illiterate you are. The Father is Spirit and the Son was physical. They were not in the same realm.

Who tells you that the Father cannot jump into the physical realm from the spirit realm to make himself the physical son of Himself?

For the last time TenQ, God is not "a thing", God is "Everything" (singular). we are part of God And God is part of us.....

For free: God is the universal divine consciousness.
Where did you see or hear me call God a thing?

Everything physical and spiritual is included inside God

In God we live and move and have our existence. This is why God as the Holy Spirit is Omnipresent.

TenQ:
Normally, I shouldn't respond to your question but I feel led to answer you without using scripture.

1. You are the number one proof of God's existence. You exist and you are an intelligent and rational creature. A Building is the evidence of a Builder. A painting is the evidence of a Painter!
2. There is a scientific evidence that the universe had not being for ever, it has an age of about 13.6billion years old
3. There is a scientific evidence that time, space and matter appeared simultaneously at the origin of the universe expansion
4. There exist a scientific law of entropy that prevents you to self assemble from nothing
5. Because of entropy we know that the universe had not always existed.
6. There is a scientific law of cause and effect operating in the universe
7. Based on this, the Universe is the effect of a cause.
8. The cause must have happened before the universe, meaning that the cause CANNOT operate on any physical or chemical laws.
9. This Primary Cause is what for now we call the Uncaused-First-Cause of Everything .
10. This Cause must be Spaceless, Timeless, Matterless and Intelligent because every law of physics and chemistry came into being only after the universe came into being.

This Uncaused-First-Cause of Everything is what we Christians call God. He cannot be Seen, not touched because He operates in a Far much Higher DIMENSIONS than the physical dimensions.

We call His Dimension the Spiritual Dimension.

A Human beings is a Biological Organism with a SOFTWARE called the SOUL. He also has a Kernel Software called the SPIRIT.

With his Spirit, he knows that God exists and has given him a Conscience for good and bad/right and wrong.

God has chosen some men to act as intermediaries between Him and us humans all through the earth history. He backs them up with His power and we know them as Prophets, they tell us more about God so that each one of us can have our SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE with Him. From them we know that Humans are Spiritually Dead and are subject to decay just as the Universe is slowly dying.

So, if you are looking for God, you cannot see Him not experience Him from your physical dimension. You have to tune into your conscience. Inside God we all exist including both the physical realm and the heavenly realms

Have you read the Book Flat Land
I ask you to read it:
Flatland: It is A Romance of Many Dimensions and a satirical novella written by Edwin A. Abbott

Summary of note: A person in a 2D world will argue till tomorrow that the 3D world doesn't exist. Miracle exist in the 2D world when someone in the 3D space changes something in the 2D space.

My Questions:
1. If you think there is nothing like the Uncaused-First-Cause of Everything , bring your evidence as
It is scientifically impossible to have an infinite regress of Cause and Effect
2. The DNA is a compendium or Library of Data, Information and Instructions. Tell me if it is possible for a computer program to write itself given an infinite time to juggle alphanumeric characters to form the codes.
*Don't forget that a simultaneous existence of the information code and information decoder must also exist at the machine level.

I leave you to your conscience.

God loves you and He wants you saved!

God is NOT the sky-daddy you think, You are INSIDE Him. You Live in Him. It's like a fish saying it water and air doesn't exist.

Take your own advice.

Now, tell me. Is the physical realm and the movie realm the same?

Can you act in a movie of your life history where though you are Deepsight, you act as the son of Deepsight in your own movie? If that's possible, why do you need medical attention to understand that God can be anything He wants to be in another realm?

Are you Yoruba? Ask an average Yoruba man the meaning of Babatunde or Yetunde. Maybe from there, your understanding would open. The Yoruba believes that a father can return as a son. This isn't the very concept here but that's the closest thing to what we're discussing.

Too much for someone who claims to have read the Bible extensively.

Re: Test For Delusion by tctrills: 11:55am On Jan 27
This post is directed primarily to my friends, DeepSight, and Boomark. I am trying to get you guys to understand who Jesus Christ is and that, clearly, He is the Jehovah of the Old Testament.

Now, Boomark, remember you spoke about John 1.1 and said it shows 2 Gods, not one, right? Now, here is another verse that shows 2 Gods. But this is coming from the Old Testament.

Zechariah 2:8-9

For thus saith the Lord of hosts: After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

9 For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me.

Now, from reading the Old Testament, you will learn that Jehovah is the Lord of Hosts. In the 2 verses above, the Lord of Hosts was sent to the nations by whom? Answer: The Lord of Hosts.
So we have 2 personages bearing the title of God. Jesus Christ was the Lord of Hosts to the children of Israel, just as His Father was. He was their Lord and God, yet He obeyed His Father.

Another passage
Exodus 6:3
And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name Jehovah was I not known to them.
Here again, we see 2 personages. Here, Jehovah is speaking, telling Moses that He appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, using the name of someone else while His own name, Jehovah, was hidden from them.

He told them that He was using the name of God Almighty, but that was not His name, Jehovah, and His Father had different names, but Jehovah often came in the name of His Father.

Bookmark, remember you brought up Acts 3:13
[13] The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our ancestors, has given divine glory to his Servant Jesus. But you handed him over to the authorities, and you rejected him in Pilate's presence, even after Pilate had decided to set him free.

Exodus 6:3 should help you understand that now. Jesus Christ (Jehovah) appeared to these men not in His name but in the name of His Father (God Almighty). So yes, you can see why the verse calls His Father, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our ancestors.

Now you will ask, are there other verses to show that Jesus Christ (Jehovah) could use the Father's name?
The answer is yes. Here are a few.

John 5:43 I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not receive me

John 17:11–12 Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me

Philippians 2:9–11 God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name

Hebrews 1:4 Having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.

DeepSight, my guy, you say that you have read the Bible 14 times, so let me ask, when you read the verses I quoted above, what came to your mind?

In Summary,
My goal is to explain that Jesus Christ is the Jehovah spoken of in the Old Testament, while still being different from God the Father. I am not saying there are two separate gods like in pagan beliefs. Instead, I am saying there are two divine persons who share God’s titles, power, and purpose, and this idea already appears in the Bible.

Some people say that verses like John 1:1 teach the idea of “two Gods,” but this idea did not begin in the New Testament. The Old Testament already includes verses where Jehovah speaks of being sent by Jehovah. This shows that more than one divine person can share the same title.

In Zechariah 2:8–9, the Lord of Hosts says that the Lord of Hosts has sent Him. In the Old Testament, Jehovah is known as the Lord of Hosts. This means the passage shows Jehovah being sent by Jehovah. This tells us there are two divine persons who both rightly carry the title “Lord of Hosts.” I understand the one who is sent to be Jesus Christ, and the one who sends Him to be His Father. This matches what the New Testament teaches, where the Father sends the Son.

Jesus Christ was the God of Israel—Jehovah—but He still obeyed His Father. This does not make Jesus less divine. It simply explains His role. The Bible shows that Jesus had God’s power and authority, but He followed the will of the Father who sent Him.

In Exodus 6:3, Jehovah tells Moses that He appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob using the name “God Almighty,” not His own name, Jehovah. This shows that Jehovah appeared using His Father’s name and authority. This teaches us that a divine person can act in another’s name without losing who He is.

This helps explain Acts 3:13, which speaks of “the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob” as the Father. Jesus Christ—Jehovah—appeared to those men, but He did so in the name of His Father, God Almighty. Because of this, the wording in Acts agrees with what is taught in Exodus.

Jesus Himself said that He came in His Father’s name (John 5:43). He also said the Father gave Him His name (John 17:11–12). Paul teaches that God gave Jesus the name above every name (Philippians 2:9–11), and Hebrews says Jesus inherited a greater name than the angels (Hebrews 1:4). These verses show that Jesus carries the Father’s divine name and authority, just as Jehovah did in the Old Testament.

When all of this is put together, the Bible clearly teaches that Jesus Christ is Jehovah, the God who worked with Israel, while also showing that He acted in the name, authority, and will of His Father. The difference between the Father and the Son does not deny who Jesus is. Instead, it helps us understand how God’s authority and identity are shown clearly and consistently in both the Old and New Testaments.

You did not provide any scripture to back it up..

Body made from dust + breath of God (spirit of God) = a living soul.
We are a soul, we do not have a soul.

When a soul expires, the spirit goes to who gave it and the body is buried so that it can go to the earth. Like I said, we are all Gods spirit experiencing human life in multiple ways..

So Zachariah is now the Lord of Hosts? Stop disgracing yourself. God never sent Zachariah to the Nations. It was Jesus Christ He sent to the world. Please stop disgracing yourself.

Read and learn
I can bet you have never read the book of Zachariah because if you have, you will know who was taking.
Here is another instance of Jehovah speaking in the book of Zachariah
Zechariah 12:10
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

I am sure you think it was Zachariah who was pierced, but it was actually Jehovah speaking there.

Go to verse 1 to learn who was speaking.
Here you go
The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.

Your test is irrelevant because no one is disputing that God is not the father of Jesus.

But do your Jehovah witnesses believe that Jesus himself is also that his father known as God? John 1:1

If they do not have this belief, then certainly jw are not Christians but another deceivers of the brethren.

Because, like the Israelites of the old covenant, and like Muslims and other religions who honor Jesus and do not worship him, Jehovah witnesses are another religion entirely away from Christianity.

Therefore they are condemned. John 3:18

Ignorance displaying as knowledge.
No wonder, you cannot comprehend the scriptures except by the lens of some godless old men!

Whenever you overcome your fright, answer the questions
1. Can anyone see God?
2. Can God be in Heaven and on Earth concurrently?

Otherwise, what you have here are empty noises that reek of ignorance and blindness of heart.

Jesus loves you still.
He died for your Salvation!

If you can comprehend this, read!

Ps 45:6-7:
"Your throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the scepter of your kingdom is a right scepter. You love righteousness, and hate wickedness: therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows."

The verse is explained in Hebrew 1:8

Heb 1:8-13:
"But to the Son he said, Your throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom.
You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.
And, You, Lord, in the beginning have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of your hands: They shall perish; but you remain; and they all shall wax old as does a garment; And as a clothing shall you fold them up, and they shall be changed: but you are the same, and your years shall not fail. But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool?"
