But there was a deal and IAEA which US and European countries are part of strictly said Iran was abiding by the agreement until Trump ripped it apart at Israel's command. Still Iran refused to pursue the bomb. And FYI every country that is a signatory to the NPT has the right to have a peaceful nuclear program that is subject to inspection so it is Iran's right to have a peaceful nuclear programme. Some countries in the ME have research reactors only Iran, Israel and UAE have nuclear power reactors so why is it a crime for Iran to have one.

Is having a missile program a crime but Israel have missiles and other surrounding Arab countries buy missiles too or is it a crime for a country like Iran to build its own missiles or do you want Iran to be storing sticks and log of wood for its own defense?
