Things I do to stay safe

1. I do not join any protest against law enforcement. Your chances of getting shot reduces when you don't antagonize edgy law enforcement (I learned this from Nigeria as a teenager)

2. If anytime law enforcement stop me I respond to them respectfully and present whatever document they need to them. If for any reason I do not have those documents, I will follow them gently to their station and organize for those documents to be brought to them and follow th legal process

3. I think of my life, my future, all the people that depend on me before acting. If for any reason I think the country is too much for me to bear, I take a flight to my hometown to live

4. I stay focused on my end goal which is getting home safely

5. I don't have to like them, they don't have to like me but the law says I should obey them
