Yes, that's the strategy. Obi won the FCT. It only makes sense for a popular ADC member to lead the campaign in the regions where they are most popular. In the same way Obi will not be expected to lead the campaign for ADC candidates in the core North. Besides, Atiku will not be physically campaigning for any candidate in a by-election. Make of this what you will.

So moses Paul cant use his own popularity or goodwill to campaign , I have never seen since 1999 where presidential candidates go to help local government candidates to campaign and win election , if you cant stand on your own to win an election then you shouldn't be attempting to contest then.
