Russia is defending the territory they already occupy. They're not planning to take more.

Ukraine is trying to take back those territories.

But how can you know? When you spend your whole life watching CNN and listening to western propaganda.

The speed they're moving does not change the fact that they're grinding down Ukranian and foreign soldiers in large numbers.

The baloney you are typing would be read by amateurs. Russia is on the offensive throwing in everything to encircle the Donbass, and they are taking in outrageous amounts of casualties. The moment Russia has the whole of the Donbass, Ukraine will accept Russia terms of surrender. Which is what is sticking out in the peace deal. Which is what Ukraine and Europe are selling to Trump. You cannot gain what you have not conquered on the battlefield

This really shows that Ukraine has been having much more casualties than Russia, Unfortunately western news have been reporting as if Russia suffer more casualties in the war.
However from the exchanges of corpses that have been happening, more than 3 times now, Russia has been returning thousands of Ukrainian bodies while Ukraine only returns tens of Russian bodies

The most likely scenario is that the attackers have the luxury of recovering their fallen comrades and those of their energy while their counterparts stay docked in in their defensive positions

I stopped taking this figure seriously after I realised that Russia was recruiting Mercenary from especially Africa to fight at the front. The mercenary are taking the heat while Ukraine don't care about their corpse.
