If a president is broad minded he will execute projects even in parts that didn't support him (as PBAT is during for the south east) but it's morally wrong to deny people the benefits of their support.

So the people in the States not governed by APC should suffer? This project was approved last year (August) when the Governor was still in opposition. It ain't a new project. Be taking things easy.
