First things first, are you owing Uber? Did you do any card trips or all were cash? Check your wallet balance to know your status. If it's in the negative, means you're owing them.
yes wallet says -1,997.00 says it will be settled on the next trip ..

Good. Means you're only owing about 2k. Just continue working. As long as you're doing both card and cash trips, you won't need to pay them. Instead, Uber will be the one to pay you if you end up with a positive balance.

That's why you need to link your account for the payment which comes every Monday. You'll need to get the Swift code of your bank.

No difference between it and my muscle..... My driving style - I go gently off the line, i don't go above 80 and i maintain rpm at 1800 on a cruise... With ac on all the time, I'd say it's very good. I don't drive the whole day, so 20k fuel lasts me 2 days. I sabi island well so edey hard for standstill traffic to catch me, unless i willingly enter with plenty money offered.

Let me explain this, drivers own power but the ones with rickety cars are spoiling the work, if you enter area see low request please don't pick if is not above 400 naira per km, trust me the rider will increase if no one is picking, if you miss a good request don't worry another one will come, but if you accept rubbish in the name another driver will pick it you're killing your car and the work, and when it's time for major repairs like engine and Gear if you beg for contributions I no go ever give you 2 naira ooo

Walahi, especially when i dey house, I no dey comot house without ridiculously good offer... Na only for vi adey take mumu trip, that place too dry... But even at that, instead of takin direct to ajah, I'll rather break it. The only thing that makes me impatient is the car being on becus of AC whist waiting... If not, i dey ready to wait 1hr b4 i go take wetin i like.

My car just got a abs sensor issue problem , break lights keeps going and off and making it hard to break when a loud siren 🚨 sounds comes on and then it goes off ..checking the engine I saw that oil was leaking under the abs .I was told the price of a Camry 2008 hybrid Abs , mehn I’m quite out of enough funds to afford one now , so I’m asking if the abs can be repaired or part replaced for easier repairs than buying a new one or how do I fix this issue , cause I need to get back to work ..

I could go online and next thing stupid prices, and because my acceptance rate is at 53% I can't decline too much. I'm always happy when I see order accepted by another driver. Two times in a row I don off app or switch to strictly comfort.

I don't know how you guys do it o but i am strictly on comfort. I don't even change it at all. If I need a destination trip I use Indrive, with 5 very nice trips especially long ones, you're good for the day

There are low fares on Comfort too. Most times, you don't observe.. Cross examine the distance with your fares. Do you get 550-600/ km on the so called Comfort..?

Are you on any of the WhatsApp groups. You could easily get a referral from those who have experienced such.. I'm sure it can be salvaged pending when you can get to buy a new one. There's another option to bypass it., this is a last resort , your mechanic will advise you better.

That's the reality, the app companies don't show you when they advertise huge earnings on social media. Huge maintenance fees for certain vehicle brands.
Car repairs is on the high side.. it literally competes for your earnings if you are not careful. As a driver , going and driving to all destinations in Lagos is not advisable.

Mechanics and spare parts dealers won't share the same sentiments app companies use in crashing fares.
