Atiku’s Aide Questions Tinubu Over Alleged ₦100 Billion Unapproved Withdrawal by adenigga(op): 10:54am On Jan 30
Paul Ibe, Media Adviser to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has questioned the continued silence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration over an allegation that N100 billion is being withdrawn monthly from the Federation Account without legislative approval

This was disclosed in a post on his social media handle.

Ibe referenced claims by former Kaduna State Governor and African Democratic Congress (ADC) chieftain, Nasir El-Rufai, alleging that the withdrawals were carried out without appropriation by the National Assembly and the State Houses of Assembly.

He wrote: “When is President Bola Tinubu @officialABAT and his administration going to respond to the allegation by @elrufai, former Kaduna State Governor and chieftain of the @ADCNig that Tinubu caused the withdrawal of N100 billion monthly from the Federation Account without appropriation of the NASS and State Assemblies?”

He further described the alleged action as unconstitutional, adding: “By the way, the action is unconstitutional and amounts to an impeachable offence.”

Questioning the Presidency’s silence, Ibe also linked it to the President’s reported foreign trip, saying: “Or we may have to wait until his return from Turkey, which date we cannot even hazard a guess?”

Atiku would lose in 2027 if he doesnt change his approach.

His team and ADC build opposition on attacking Tinubu and fabricating tales of 100 billion naira withdrawal without proof of their claims.

Atiku and his team should answer the following:

1. Will Atiku cancel the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway?
2. Will Atiku return fuel subsidy and allow dual forex market?
3. Will he cancel student loan?
4. Will he cancel credit corp to support our civil servants?

Let Atiku forget about Tinubu and tell us what he intends to do. Paul Ibe asks Tinubu to respond to El Rufai's accusation. Shouldn't EL Rufai supply proof of his accusation before asking Tinubu to defend himself?

State House Press Release :

You know the cost of healthcare has Skyrocket

The 100 billion naira was for the monthly payment used in repairing and maintenance of Tinubu's legs in France and in Nigeria.... grin cheesy

Now that he fell in Turkey, it is obvious that he needs new legs.... cheesy grin

Baba would now be withdrawing 200 billion naira monthly to pay for the new legs. ... cheesy grin

If you don't like it, pack your load and move to Atiku's Cameroon. .. grin cheesy

Thank you for your Attention to this matter..

There is big problems in this country, we think we are wise but not, always playing politics with everything. Why include Atiku aide undecided in the narrative, because the writer want Nigerians to see the news as something from an opposition. For how long will things continue like this. Some are even saying during obasanjo/Atiku tenure they also chop money, so it's now competition abi, and it's mostly the hungry Nigerian that have never seen 1 million in their account that usually defend politicians stealing billions. Later they start praying to God to make Nigeria better, Waste of saliva, what needed in making Nigeria a best place on earth God has already given us, good mineral resources, good weather and climate, sharp brains and human capacity. How you manage or use these things then determine whether the country will remain poor, good, better or best. An average civil servant entire life salary from the day he start work till retirement no reach 1 billion ( that is 35 years of service ).
1 billion will build a modern school, provide to hospital. But no they won't. Just imagine the figures we keep hearing stolen of late, Bello billion his on way to lesser hajj cheesy malami over 200 billions, alleged president 100 Billions monthly, what of the governors, senators, ministers..... Until corruption is killed in Nigeria nothing ooo

PDP, LP, ADC all learnt their party politics and using sensational news and propaganda from Asiwaju and his APC cronies...

See the way you list loans as achievement. Is it a grant. Are they not going to be hounded to pay back. Yes any one that cancels and also will not collect the loans back and reduces tuition fees will be an attractive candidate.

Lolz, imagine the president having to address every allegation. Burden of proof lies on the person who makes the claim. Take him or NA to court na.
i think they were saying everywhere will be upside down January 2026 when tax reform goes into effect and Tinubu use tax to kill everyone. Now that as usual doesn't fly, next is for the president to come and respond to every reckless allegations and accusations. Is this really the opposition that wants to rescue Nigeria?

This is what some people who call themselves patriotic Nigerians support.

Voting Buhari the first time might be a mistake, but voting for Buhari for second term is wicked, vorlting for Tinubu APC is pure evil but voting him again in 2027 would be abominable evil.

People voting for APC on basis of tribe or religion are simply heartless people. The patriotism they claim to have is a hoax.

Infact, such people are the enemies of Nigeria by constantly voting destruction into power.

Look into it bros. The president is not the one with burden of proof. If i say you were paid 100million illegally, i should show proof. It's not you that should be trying to prove. The burden of proof is on the person making allegations. There are several allegations on popular people.

After witnessing the disaster that happened in Turkey, at this point, we must all agree that the president is not in full control of his mental faculties to keep leading this country. His decision making, if at all it can be called that, is suspect. Mentally, the president is no more there. Just like Buhari, Tinubu's aide's bring him documents to sign that he can't understand. A patronage system exists where those with access to the president profit off it. How long will this nation keep voting in men who have no business being in office but in retirement homes?

I see what you did there. Keep deceiving yourself. But if I go to social media to make an allegation and damage your brand or startup, you’ll come after me.

It’s the same you who will cry to the government to start picking up citizens for trashing politicians without proof.

Continue in self-deceit. It's because of people like you that our politicians are stealing with impunity.
