Countries that take security seriously have CCTV security cameras on every street..

So you're saying if there were security cameras in the place this happened it is right to attack someone recording what if the person recording was a police officer in plain clothes

Just because You live in a country and state that does not take security seriously does not mean you should support attacking of innocent person.
