This narrative is only one sided. All you have said in this article are only the demands Kwankwaso made. You never told us what the presidency were willing to offer him since it was a negotiation. That way I can draw a conclusion on whether Kwankwaso messed up or not. I believe even with Kwankwaso's demands, if the presidency had made him a good offer he'd probably have accepted. So tell us, what exactly was the presidency willing to offer him which he allegedly rejected? That will make for a more balanced analysis. But just giving a one sided detail makes this article look more like a propaganda.

Well I'm not a fan of kwankwaso but I am ever grateful that his negotiation with the oppressive ruling party failed and this will benefit ADC in every manner, the north west that use to be the strongest base of APC is now open for grabs....other parts of Nigeria like the south east, south south, north central, parts of south west, parts of north east without rigging and the INEC 'glitches',will certainly vote overwhelmingly for ADC. 2027 is pregnant and only time shall tell.
That's your emotion and not facts. NC will be divided as usual.

The ticket will perform very well in the South East and that’s all. They will struggle to win Kano and lose all other states in the north. Kwankwaso knows this and that’s why he’s not willing to be a part of such a ticket that leads to nowhere.
indirectly sensing fear here🤣.. Wait until ADC capture Kwankwanso, na that time una go know who get Kano votes.

Kwankwanso might just either settle for VP to Obi or just help ADC win the presidency out of revenge

Kwankwaso surest way to 2031 presidency is to be V,P to Peter Obi. Take it or leave it. That is the sincere truth. Kwankwaso must swallow his pride and pitch his tent with Obi before it is too late. A word is enough for the wise. Ire ooo.
So, you mean Peter Obi will just come and do a-4 year presidency and leave the stage for Kwakwanso?

Kwakwansiyya movement in Kano has been weakened severely and I don’t see them being able to stand the force of Abba Yusuf, Ganduje and others together. Kwankwaso has bitten more than he can chew.

Btw, he has always been a local man

Snake oil merchants who celebrated Kwankwaso's impending defection to APC to become V.P now call him greedy and other names because the signal have been given on the WhatsApp group. Did any of the Agbadorian handles on this thread now vilifying Kwankwaso not know that he was being tipped as Shettima's replacement. It is now clear that Tinubu would have doublecrossed him and reneged had he agreed to join without concrete assurances. The good thing is that the bulk of Kwankwaso’s supporters are not on social media. Time is a gentleman.
Read on X that Kwankwaso is about to join ADC.
Is that true?

''However, top sources within the ruling APC told THISDAY last night that negotiations broke down over what they described as excessive and unrealistic demands.

According to sources, Kwankwaso sought control of up to 20 per cent of APC’s national structure, alongside a vice presidential slot and guarantees extending to the 2031 political cycle.''

IF POLITICIANS COULD SIT ON A ROUND TABLE OF GREED AND AVARICE TO BALKANISE THE PEOPLE'S LIVES, NEGOTIATE THEIR FUTURE, AND TRADE THEIR WELFARE, FOR THE COMMON SHARED PURPOSE OF USING THE INTRUMENTALITY OF GOVERNANCE TO HIJACK THE COMMONWEALTH, THEN NO ONE WOULD NEED ANY FURTHER REASON TO EXPLAIN THE CONTINUED UNDERDEVELOPMENT OF THE BLACK RACE, ESPECIALLY IN NIGERIA. THE ENTRENCHED POLITICAL CULTURE OF PREBENDALISM AND COMMODIFICATION OF LIVES IS RETROGRESSIVE, AWKWARD, AND MUST BE JETTISONED TO BREAK INTO THE REALM OF ABUNDANCE FOR ALL CITIZENS!

That is a lie. He will win Kano and few northern states. Don't forget Obi won some states in the North singlehandedly
asides Kano he won’t win anywhere. He’s tried it last time obi despite rigging got 6 million votes from Kano local politician won only in Kano. Wike did abracadabra and gave tinubu obis votes in rivers. Obi cleared rivers Obi votes was nothing short of 7.5 million based on voting pattern

Tinubu lost in lagos and rigged his way in rivers state and was inflated to victory in the north in 2023 but in 2027 he attempting to rig the election will be at the risk of he losing everything, Tinubu is a little boy compared to Madura , na police them go use grab am

You people said more than these prior to 2023 election so l am not surprised. But it will shock you people more in 2027 election. I also sense fear for Obi/Kwankwaso combo.

You are tugging my heart with that cheat code. By the way, why does northern bears such names as Barawu, Banza etc....i am just wondering because they behave always according to the names in literally meaning.

As per your political calculation, you be Tinubu or Atiku wey dey always calculate the northern structural influence of a political bloc over the expected voting population in consonant with the matured cows and goats that got registered in the northern hemisphere. I just tire for everything for this country, everything na politics and just imagine it, would the country fare better a little after all these permutations and combinations? They all carry cheating codes as you said.....Barawu , banza on the highway to destruction.....

Looking at how things played out eventually in Kano, it’s obvious Abba Yusuf was never the problem. Kwankwaso’s arrogance and selfishness is well documented. From Shekarau to Ganduje and now Abba Yusuf, he just can’t work seamlessly with anybody without trying to dominate all the time.

Even in the north west, he had issues with Buhari when he was still in APC. He he wanted full control of the party structure in North West and when he couldn’t get it, he left the party and ran to PDP. While in PDP, it was the same problem of domination. He fought Tambuwal relentlessly over the control of PDP north west structure till Wike teamed up with Tambuwal to push him out of PDP.

He has overplayed his hands this time around and it’s game over. Ganduje, Barau and Abba Yusuf working together is a cheat code for easy victory in Kano.

There is a difference between contesting for president and contesting for Vice President. Even Shettima struggled to win Borno in 2023.

To make matters worse for the ticket, they will be contesting on the platform of a fringe party and not a major party. The Kwankwasiyya movement is now fully divided and the APC is much stronger in Kano. Trust me, they will struggle to win Kano.
Oga you are a very funny guy. Kwankwasiyya movement is not divided. If the governor is not careful he would lose 2027.
