If there was no motive why didn't they start the road from delta going upwards to Lagos, from rivers state going upward to delta state and from cross river going upward to rivers state with same pace. The Lagos session downward to Edo is motive achieved

By declaring a state of emergency in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa, he has intimidated and emasculated the governors of these States. Let me be quick to say that this administration will be setting in motion a chain of events the end of which nobody can predict.
