Many dignitaries graced the occasion. Madam Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala the Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Executive Governor of Kaduna State Sen. Uba Sani, the Emir of Zazau where all present, together with VCs of other tertiary institutions and many other governors represented. It is indeed a memorable day for us.
