He should. Makes no sense not having full coverage insurance in a place where drivers drive anyho and are mostly unlicensed or uninsured. I'm not sure who's at fault in this accident. Is it the Bentley changed lane and cut off the Uber? Was it the Uber trying to change lane and hit the Bentley? Was the Uber trying to use the road shoulder to pass the Bentley on the inside? Did th Bentley brake suddenly and the Uber crashed into it? Can't judge who's wrong .

Third party insurance from the Uber guy should fix the other guy’s car, if he (the Uber guy) is at fault.

Bro they are all rubbish from Maybach to Rolls-Royce. They are simply living off past glory. They use the same cheap metal Toyota uses. It's not like this is a 1980's car when they used real iron. What’s the big deal? I bet the owner has been driving in Nigeria for long and know how wreckless they drive. He should know that if he drives around in such car in Nigeria, it is not if but a matter of when someone will ram into him. A Tokunbo Bentyaga doesn’t cost that much. So he should deal with it. If the Uber guy has genuine third-party motor insurance, he ñeed not worry. The insurance company will pay for the damage of the Bentley to a limit of 3million. He's own car is not covered in the third-party.

If the Uber guy has comprehensive motor insurance, the insurance company will pay for the damages of both the Uber driver's car and the Bentley.

If the Bentley man has comprehensive motor insurance, the insurance company will take care of both his car and that of the Uber driver's car.
