Just cannot remember the name of the former minister under Jonathan that owns the company?

A good mild mannered Yankee trained engineer, always calm & well spoken, unfortunately the Pdp tried their best to frustrate him.

Re: Abia Unaffected By National Grid Collapse - Governor Otti by CJStarz:
Not an Otti fan as he tends to appropriate the structural development put in place by his predecessors to himself.
Was shocked when I went to Ariaria yesterday to see where Okezie emblazoned his name on marble for commissioning two of the Ariaria shopping malls covered up with plank. To what end? So people from outside the state coming into Ariaria would not see the good work done by Ikpeazu? That's politics of bitterness and vendetta.
Otti should acknowledge the legacy of his predecessor but work to supercede it.

There's constant light now in Aba but the Geometric Foundation was laid by President Yar'Adua. Okezie Ikpeazu paid Abia counterpart funding. Otti is trying as well in terms of light but he should acknowledge the feat of his predecessor

Clear case of hypothermia hypocrisy, yet it is same u & ofunaofu that will blame Tinubu when there is no electricity, but will hail our man Otti when there is electricity?

Are the 2 of u not aware that what is good for the goose, is also good for the gander?

Emekadollars:
The Governor is correct.
I'm in Umuahia, Abia state capital and can attest to the constant electricity.

Those of us over here are not even aware of any collapse in the national grid.
It's 24/7 power up here. Otti is good and God sent.

In Mortal Kombat voice "Brutality".... Mr Alex is Doing well,no doubt about that.. the moniker you are quoting is just being Mischievous and shouldn't be taken serious.

Macphenson:
See as Alex Otti is dealing with you left right and centre. As for your ignorant comment, if you followed up the commissioning of that power plant, you would have heard Barth Nnaji mentioned that Alex Otti assisted them with funds when he was still in Diamond Bank, today, providence is smiling on him for his good works.

Am sure you don't have light where U now. Better pray your state is light up like Abia state.
Re: Abia Unaffected By National Grid Collapse - Governor Otti by Arthurnna: 11:14am On Feb 01
This is Factual and evidence choke... Kudos Mr Alex, enjoy Abians...

In Delta State? too many to mention but let me give u just 1, Seplat Energy, but u can keep your $50, if no be Benjamin Franklin I no need am.

Mind u people from Anambra state, should not be opening their mouths, when people from Delta state are talking, Asaba is filled with people from across the Onitsha bridge coming to the big heart state to live & invest, i.e. Obi Cubana & his millennium city.

Just integrity remaining. If my brothers there can reject the fast buck, settle down and pursue credibility, good reputation for quality, and transparent business dealings, the sky's just the beginning.

Don't try to play smart; those behind his resignation are all members APC thinking that they want to pull GEJ. The champion of the call was your current, Buhari, Amaechi, Fashola, Bakere, Chief Lie. Maybe these are from moon not APC.

Some of the biggest money spinners are breweries. Remove NBL breweries in Lagos and Ibadan and you'll understand.

If only you knew the worth of companies like NBL,Sabmiller or Heineken, you won't deride PO for bringing their business in Anambra state
The same brewery that's not paying any dividend since PO pumps state money in it ? Did you know what was originally invested by PO and what that investment has diminished into? Say something else abeg
Re: Abia Unaffected By National Grid Collapse - Governor Otti by maiunguwar: 4:46pm On Feb 05
No

The brewery is among the biggest employer of labour in Anambra state, directly and indirectly. Thousands of people in direct employment, thousands more as distributors, wholesalers, retailer, transporters, truckers etc. Most of their raw materials are sourced locally and spent grains are raw materials for agricultural feed resources. They are also amongst the biggest tax payers in Anambra state.

I'll advice you to study and understand economics and industrialization and how they relate to prosperity of the state
