Pay will become $500,000 from ₦200,000 monthly to build websites (plural) ?

☺️☺️☺️

And it's not even pay per websites, it's salary for each month after building many.

Isn't this concerning?

500k monthly for a tech role? This is the clearest proof that having a High-Income Skill beats having just a university certificate today. People are out there crying that there are no jobs, meanwhile, remote and tech roles are paying half a million to those who have updated themselves. The money is in the skill, not the paper.

You are wrong. We won't hire anyone without at least a BSC degree. It shows they have school skills

I'm not ready indeed. I have over 30 applicants now. In real life, I won't even stop by an uneducated Nigerian to communicate as there's nothing we have in common. Even Nigerian graduates are not qualified enough to work with me, and I won't risk someone without education skills. But keep deceiving yourself

There are some school cert holders that write better than you. Education skills... School skills....Does that even make sense?

Mark Zuckerberg dropped out of college. Even the owner of this forum did the same. Both individuals are terrific coders, but here you are talking down on people without a university degree as if you are better than them.😏😏😏
