who isn't tired of waiting the loudmouth said they were locked and loaded yet here we are in a new month anyway, things have settled into a routine the us is still moving assets into the region iran is still on high alert and now sends drones to surveil the lincoln strike group every day what has changed is that attempts by the qataris, egyptians, and turks to try out a diplomatic track have succeeded the visit by the qatari fm wasn't a deal proposal per se it was to communicate a request for negotiations to the persians after june 12, the iranians are rightly making them work for a commitment to negotiations the israelis are pissed about the turn of events but they're still holding out hope for the start of war after all they still control the us and negotiations can be derailed the major issue right now is that the loudmouth now understands he was swindled into committing political suicide he is actively searching for an offramp but he is also doing the negotiation tap-dance to buy time for the pentagon to deploy as much assets as they can and to fulfill all righteousness if hundreds to thousands of americans die because there weren't enough defenses, he and the entire security/foreign policy wing of his administration are done minneapolis will seem like a dress rehearsal no one would be talking about regime change then but why they greenlighted an operation when they knew defense posture was lacking and you can bet the pentagon generals and admirals will produce receipts to congress and the press thus, altogether i simply do not believe the yanks are sincere with negotiations but the iranians do not mind because the missile factories are churning new munitions the inflow of military aid is still ongoing the armed forces are acclimatizing to a heightened security environment also, they've got the americans to back down twice jan 14 and jan 31 they are now in a "take each day at a time" mode -Lord 8 Likes 2 Shares |
