I remember a time when I was unknowingly living alongside a snake for over two months. I would spot it occasionally, try to kill it, and it would always manage to escape. That went on until one evening when it came out in search of food and finally ran out of luck.

If you live close to farms or busy, overgrown areas, it’s important to keep your surroundings clean and fumigated. It can make a real difference.

I so much hate the reptile.

How can I stand living with snake a day in a house let alone 2whole months? The day I will hear they killed snake inside a house, I can't be able to sleep in that house sef.

I would pack from the house and leave my property there and never come back.


I had a poultry farm house some time back. I used sleep there occasionally if it was too late for me to get back to town.


The last time I ever slept in that place was the night I heard something moving in the ceiling I suspect was a snake.

Throughout that night I didn't close my eyes for 1 minute to sleep. I shone my eyes counting the hours till day break.


I can't imagine inside the same house. You want me to run mad be that!

I hate this damned creeping creature. Any reptile, I hate them!

Well, you don’t need to live in a bush or close to farm to have snakes in your house. As long as there are uncompleted buildings with bush around you, snakes can come visiting uninvited. Practice fumigation, just like someone up there adviced.

Snakes many times do not just attack when unprovoked, like it can actually live peacefully with you if it doesn’t feel threatened. Some persons keep snakes as pet.

I once saw a snake sleeping peacefully close to my bed, it was sound in sleep that it did not realize that I moved my bed to reveal it’s hiding place. I killed it tho.

I only started hating to see them around when there was a news of a snake hiding in the water closet, thereby killing someone. Since then, I like to check my water closet or even flush before use.

I used to have a snake friend as a pet but he had trust issues and then he left haven't seen him since then.....

it is probably lizard moving on the ceiling

My neighbor while growing up killed more than 10 snakes in there house, the devil gave birth in their ceiling...naso den begin dey find dem every angle, sometimes na in the middle of the night den go cry for help🫡

I’ve had similar experience too..

The snake stayed for like 4 months before eventually shedding it skin then leave.

Life is mysterious. Whatever happens to that lady is beyond snake bite..

I won't even be comfortable when I sight a gecko in my house, I make sure I kill it let alone a snake. Some people get mind sha.

Venomous or non-venomous a snake is a snake to me.....I kill them all.

not at all, but the compound dey close to an abandoned stadium with lots of overgrown bushes, I guess the pregnant snake crawled in while looking for hospital to give birth 🥱
