The artiste PR management usually organize group of girls WHO ARE PAID and positioned in the front row for this purpose.

Notice that the bras are usually fresh or newly bought bras.
It is done by the PR management to make the artiste concerts trend on social media

Something done to get views and traffic to the concert from Facebook addicts and bloggers to spread like wild fire on social media.
