Has anyone tried the iTel Power Tank 500 with Starlink, and how long does it last?
Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by UtchayPro(f): 3:46pm On Feb 03
Thank you so so much. Apparently I am understanding now that it might have happened because I now look very different from that picture in my NIN that was captured about 10 years ago because I have added some weight and also have some acne scars. So they said the solution is to update my recent picture with NIN, so I am in the process of doing that, then I will try the starlink verification again.
I appreciate that you responded. Thank you so much.

ask4bk:
@utchayPro, just keep trying.
Try to remove all makeup before taking pics.
Or you put on the exact makeup you had when you did NIN

Hmmmm, you said you're not in the country, could this be IP address related?

I know it's highly unlikely but you never know.

Hi everyone, please I need suggestions on the best solar solution to go for. The main things I want to power are the starlink mini, my laptop (hp probook 640g2) and my phones. I am going to be in a location where power supply is almost non existent, so I need a good source of power supply to work at least.

I wanted to go for the Lumos L1, but they are only doing complete sale these days (no more instalments).Plus I would like to know how people that have used it like it before I commit to it.

I just need a solar panel + battery combo system that works and the battery can last overnight at least. Main things to power are the starlink mini, laptop and about 2 phones. I will appreciate some suggestions.

Thank you so much.

Oh. This makes sense. Glad you figured out they kept rejecting your NIN. Stuff like this can be frustrating.

That lumous won't help you. It only works with load less than 50w. Your starlink alone is more than that.
Get yourself a million and get a 12v lithium system. Money will you give a lasting solution you'll use for over 15yrs.

12v lithium battery of 4kw - 550k (or far less)
12v hybrid inverter - 280k
2 panels 500-600w - 220k

As long as its just starlink and laptop this is overkill for you. Don't do add your hairdryer one day oh. It's 12v. Will use high amps for huge loads.

Just do the maths. If it's 1kwh LFP in it, that's 10hrs for starlink 100w load. So expect 7-9 hours from full charge

Which company please? how do I know the best ones to get?

Don't follow what you see from the app. That likely just shows the wattage the dish is drawing without the router. Real life test with a meter shows 65-100w

Not a company. You buy the materials differently (prob from different places) and get an installer. Small job

You can drop your watsup if you really want to get them
Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by UtchayPro(f): 9:59pm On Feb 03
I want to get them please. I will message you privately now.

Good morning everyone, my friend wants to get starlink, but according to their official website, they are at capacity. He's thinking of getting it from starlink official store on jumia. Is that advisable or should he wait till when the official website will have??

Good morning, I got a new replacement from spaceX via DHL for my faulty starlink and with this thread I noticed im suppose to return the faulty one, up till now there is no email about return, pls how do I go about it?
Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by dammybrite: 10:09am On Feb 05
Hi osic,

In my POV, purchasing the hardware is hardly the issue. The big elephant in the room is more about how to activate it with a proper subscription at Lagos/Abuja where the official website says there are at capacity.
