Short answer: most animals don’t automatically die after giving birth.

But people usually mean octopus, many female octopuses die after laying and guarding their eggs. Also some salmon species die after spawning.

So if you said “octopus or salmon, not all animals”, you weren’t wrong at all 👍

you are right my fellow olodo, Scorpion mothers do not inherently die immediately after giving birth, but many die shortly after due to extreme exhaustion, starvation, and, in some cases, being eaten by their own young.
