Hello all, I just bought the Lexus ES330(2005 model). Those who know about this car, is it a good car? Although I really love how quiet and Luxurious it is. Any advice and suggestions will be great.

Nice ride , economical and easy to maintain so far you maintain it though , you have gotten a car that you can pass down to your grand kids no cap .the ES Lexus is the better version of the Camry . Owned a 2012 es350 once and never did anything get spoiled in that car for 3years …just change of oil regularly and I changed the shocks twice due to bad Nigeria roads .

Very sweet ride. Very important thing, please check and replace the timing belt before you put it to use. It doesn't use a chain so the rubber belt wears out after years of use. You should replace the water pump while doing that. Congratulations

I have used this car.. I haven't seen a better car than this in terms of durability and non issue.

Buying a Nigerian used car is not a good ideas.Unless the car is in very good condition and haven’t been used for long..

If the engine and gear are follow-come and haven't been worked on and the AC is factory -fitted, you will enjoy the car.

My advice is that if it is Nigerian used, ask the previous owner the oil he has been using and continue to use the same oil to service it.
But if it is foreign used (tokunbo) make sure you use the recommended engine oil (i.e. 5w-30) to service the car, and make sure you do the servicing every 3 months or every 3000miles if you want to maintain the engine well.

It depends on how the previous owners used it. Overall it's a good car but it won't matter if the previous owners were careless
