There is no just cause before any law to throw children out of a t midnight, exposing to them danger even if they are not biologically yours, you still have a duty of care to them at that point in time because they are minors and vulnerable, then in the morning when it is safer, they and their mother can be on their way....this is from a safeguarding perspective.
