That's the pronouncement of the court...until appeal court states otherwise...Caretaker committee is the legal leaders of the PDP as at today

they are giving room for appeal but turaki-seyi faction are Even more afraid to go to court for appeal ..
They know the results already grin

...if they try it, judge go use seyi and turaki do student for court room, something they're avoiding by all means....🤣

I would advise Mr. Governor to consider leaving the party if he intends to contest for the Senate, and similarly, his preferred candidate for the next election should also consider running under a different platform. I thank God on behalf of Seyi Makinde that he will soon complete his second term. If not, forces within the PDP, particularly those aligned with Wike, could attempt to frustrate him and undermine the achievements of his administration.

Until the Makinde faction is able to set aside the recent judgement of the FHC, Ibadan by a higher court, the Wike faction is the recognized faction according to the law.

This is not a matter of whipping up sentiments, emotions or of hurling insults at the Wike camp.

Such actions are exercises in futility.

By implication, the Makinde faction ceases to be bonafide members of the PDP having been expelled by the Wike faction.

It's for this reason that the law is often described as an ass.

Last week the president affirmed him as the political
Leader of both APC and PDP in Rivers and told Fubara to behave himself. Don’t be surprised to see Wike as VP to Ribadu in 2031, it’s not beyond the realm of possibilities. At the very least how highly favours and rated Wike is by Tinubu. Wike is untouchable.

When it comes to politics Wike is no2 and the natural heir to Tinubu certainly in the south if not nationally. You don’t have to like him.

PDP played a fast one on Wike in the primaries of winning the Presidential ticket when they collected millions of dollars from him. The guy is back to bring the same PDP down at all cost while recovering his lost funds under Federal appointment.

Wike himself knows that he cannot contest for any political position in Nigeria and win again but he is fighting to place his own people in strategic position at least for "power and money"

1. INEC WAS ABSCENT IN THE IBADAN CONVENTION. HENCE THEY CAN'T RECOGNIZE THE PRODUCTS OF THAT CONVENTION
2. THE LAST EXECUTIVE RECOGNIZED BY INEC WAS THE DAMAGUN/SEN. ANYANWU. AND IT WAS THEIR FACTION THAT ELECTED ABDUL RAHMAN AS ACTING CHAIRMAN. AND INEC IS BOUND TO RECOGNIZE IT BECAUSE OF THE RECOGNITION OF THE BODY THAT ELECTED THEM. QED

EYYAH. DEMOCRACY IS A GAME OF NUMBERS. IF ONE HUNDRED PERSONS VOTED OUT OF THE 230M NIGERIANS, THE WINNER WILL EMERGED FROM THAT 100 VOTES. CAMPAIGNING FOR BOYCOTTING OF ELECTION IS A WASTE OF TIME AND IRRELEVANCE.

INEC just registered NDC and one other as new political parties. What's the criteria for selecting this two in favour of several other requests for registration? Everyone knows the NDC is Wike's plan B in Rivers state, incase APC insists kn Fubara. The question is why the favouritism from the electoral umpire?
