#divorce - Man Demolished House Built For Mother In-law After Divorce

A man named Okon Micheal had built a small bungalow for his mother-in-law.

After two years of marriage, his now ex wife requested a divorce, saying she had found the man of her dreams.

After the divorce papers were filed and signed, the man went straight to his mother-in-law’s place and demolished the house.

Some said he's too petty and childish.

First sign of brain wreck is a man prioritizing his wife's family over his immediate family.

The question here is, who is the owner of the house?
If you gift someone an item, you have automatically transferred ownership to that person.

So unless the house actually belongs to him, he can be sued to court.

Even if the house belongs to him, he must 1st go through the process of issuing quit notice.

Waste of money, he should have ejected her from the house and sell it.
