Holdup247:I have never seen such a bunch of emotional people. They never take time to analyze and study a situation before they comment. They just propagate what they wish irrespective of the reality on ground. If an Obidient wants a son and gives birth to a daughter he will tell you his child is a boy and fight and curse you irrespective of what you say. A sensible person will accept this one na girl make I try again for boy or make the best of the girl wey my wife born. Obidients don’t do reality, they will dress the girl as a boy! |

peleson1:It's not right, I know. Appeal Court is withholding deliberately, they have the Courts nah. Rivers State issue took roughly 7 months to get to the Supreme Court but the Appeal hasn't even been slated for hearing..... 😂 Then you have a Judge in Ibadan, granting a relief that was never sought for... 😂 We are officially getting to a mafia state.but we have been here before. |

fergie001:It has never been this worse This is becoming too dangerous and the worse part is that it's creating monsters and very arrogant breed of politicians. The appeal court has no reasons to be silent on this . A matter is before then , a very important matter yet to hey feign ignorant. If gej had used court order he was Tinubu and APC uses court, Tinubu would v been off politics a long time ago, oshomole wouldn't v been edo state governor and states in South west wouldn't be able to fall to the then opposition party like like ACN It's crazy . The annoying thing is that these people are perfecting their evil hold on power . And are wants to completely kill opposition and remain in power transition ally forever ,handing over to their children and kind |

peleson1:Don't be the politicians. It is the integrity of those who call themselves Judges. We had Obasanjo, we even had the military but we likewise had Judges who spoke truth to power. Why hire lawyers when you can pay the Judge? |
| Re: INEC 'recognises' Wike-led PDP Faction by Owontime: 9:14pm On Feb 05 |
Meanwhile that part of Nigeria that doesn't understand politics thought Wike was finished, now they're blaming INEC and the court. Na so una go blame INEC and court after Tinubu wins by landslide in 2027 and Peter Gringory Obi is sent to the dustbin of history. |

Holdup247:.. Tinubu and APC are also trying to destabilize and destroy ADC as they did to PDP and labour party... Tinubu and APC does not want strong opposition parties.. for they are afraid of the strong opposition parties |

fergie001:Good morning sir Please help explain the judgement that sacked Turaki-led PDP faction in clear terms and the implications for Governor Makinde |
| Re: INEC 'recognises' Wike-led PDP Faction by fergie001(mod): 8:10am On Feb 06 |
FavoredbyGOD:Turaki went to Court to validate the National Convention and to affirm himself as National Chairman of the Party. The Wike side asked to be joined to the suit, it was granted. They argued that Turaki was not National Chairman and the National Convention was illegal in line with Omotosho and Lifu's judgements. The Wike side never asked to be pronounced the new leaders, nothing. What did the Judge do? She became Father Christmas. First, she said she couldn't go contrary to judgements of coordinate jurisdiction. That since the matter was already at the Appeal Court, she will not rule on the issue. Then the sweetest part, she now ruled that the Wike side are the legitimate leadership. Curiously but unsurprisingly, this relief was never brought before the Court. |

fergie001:Thank you for the explanation I have questions about this sir 1 Why did Turaki went to Court to validate the National Convention and to affirm himself as National Chairman of the Party? 2 Why did the Wike side asked to be joined to the suit? 3 Which matter was already at the Appeal Court? 4 Why did she grant a relief that was never sought? |

[quote author=FavoredbyGOD post=138379731]Thank you for the explanation I have questions about this sir 1A. When INEC hold meetings like yesterday, they have to be invited. B. He needed access to Wadata Plaza which has been shut due to the melee that happened there. C. The National Chairmen of political parties are given access codes to enable them send names and documents of their candidates during elections. 2When a suit is made involving another Party, it is important if it infringes on your rights to ask to be joined because if you don't, whatever decision made is binding on you. So you join, to appropriately argue your case. 3Justice Omotosho J gave a perverse ruling in November that the National Convention should not hold unless "internal party affairs which are non-jurisdictional" be sorted out. This ruling is not in line with past judgements of the Supreme Court, however, a judgement is a judgement. Ironically, Justice Lifu P also made similar jaundiced ruling that unless forms are sold to a particular candidate National Convention should not hold. Both Judgements were in November, these are the issues before the Appeal Court. 4This is because like others, a pre-determined conclusion has affirmed their bias and interests in the subject matter. |

casualobserver:Lies and dishonesty. Wike does not rely on voting to influence elections. Historically, Wike is a master rigger. He employs thuggery, blackmail and threats to influence elections. In the last elections he was heard on audio threatening to kill INEC officials who did not manipulate elections in his favour. How does it make sense for people to vote in PDP for governorship elections and then turn around and vote APC in presidential, in an election held on the same day, time, and the same polling booth. No be juju be that? So the whole rivers state electorate obey Wike's orders on who to vote for like zombies? Wike had always been the master rigger behind PDP outrageous figures that is usually posted by rivers state in previous elections. Tinubu is hoping Wike would not only deploy his rigging machinery to rig Rivers State but also to rig Abuja, which lost the last elections to Labour party. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16g2FU2brmU?si=jRulvIgaF6K3h8TF |
