Werey la fi n wo werey. If a neighbour is noisy and after letting them know but no changes, go on a higher level of noise make them also feel am. People don't like when you correct things gently. You have to follow up with madness.

I didn't even say a word to him.. I went to get two big speakers . The two were facing his room. When I am at home and noticed he is sleeping,I start playing loud music.. Even when I am leaving the hux,I leave the music on. And the kind of songs I play are the ones that will get someone angry. Those native , traditional songs..
