tobby98:
Nope, I don't work everyday. Mondays, Friday to Sunday. Saturday is the best day for me, especially early in the morning, the roads are free, continuous demand but Sunday is cool too but after morning church service, demand declines till evening when it surges again but road is more free. Friday is the money day albeit more intense, you go work ehn and traffic go hold you die coz that's the traffic day of Lagos but if you know how it works and the timing, you wouldn't have a problem.

It's not Bala buleu. It's the ROI due to the poor fares of the app companies. . Keke Marwa, Danfo are being bought in hundreds n given out by investors...

How can Keke be remitting the same rental with an Uber vehicle...
Any wise investor can't inject vehicles at the fares the app companies are setting n expect to make a profit. It doesn't add up.

And if you do strong head as an investor. Uber/Bolt will have taken 25-30% off the labour of the car and leave you the investor to lick your wounds.. Wisdom is profitable to direct.
It's a combination of both but I'll agree with you. To be honest, if transportation is really what you want to do, buying a car for ehailing should be the least on ur plan. Most especially if you're not going to be driving it yourself..If you still insist, then you must PLAN well!
An experience but retired driver did something really weird last year. Bought a nig used buy and drive matrix for 4.5m in Oct last year. Did 1m in Oct, 1m in Nov, 1.5m in Dec. Sold it in mid-January after netting 300k, for same amount (4.5m). He say he will rinse and repeat this year. He said he can't drive any other month due to unreasonable price.
One weird way of thinking outside d box if you ask me. He made about 2.5M net!

Maybe you need to, cus mine struggled becus i came out around 12pm and i was carrying 4 people, that takes mad toll on the ac, a lot of breathe in and out....but even at that, after 30mins drive on the express, air touching condenser, e begin fire as werey normal.... My ac no get part 2, God bless the guy wey give me that compressor.... Visit ur ac guy my bro, maybe gas don low

Careful with offline, no do am with who you no know, if you must, put audio recording on, have conversations that lead to both parties admitting he's a passenger. Abeg o

My 2nd week as a driver. Bought 20K fuel on Toyota Matrix 2009 yesterday. Total net profit on Uber & bolt = 60K and i dey on AC for riders.

I still dey calculate the margin. Although i registered Bolt this week Thursday. I had Uber & Indrive since late January. I hardly use Indrive except i'm stucked and i need Through pass to get out of tight corner

Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Eazilyfe: 8:23am On Feb 08
2009 Toyota matrix

I want to remove my catalyst because it brings error codes after every 1hr + driving, i feel its broken and it might be affecting my MPG or stressing engine

I will remove it and test run the efficiency of the car and how much fuel it consumes.

If u remove bear in mind u won't net 60k from 20k fuel. It will be 40 or 45k net. Unless u replace catalyst.

You sud confirm if it's broken or expired tho

Okay baba, if i remove and MPG or Km/litre drops i will install back immediately or look for money for a new one. I no just like that check engine code showing up every 2hrs while driving. Na because i get personal scanner to deep scan and clear am dey help

Keke business too has its own challenges ( responsible rider/operator, diligence of operator among others) according to my sources, they were frank with me. Regardless, ROI is solid.

When I probed further as regards returns about Keke (Ogba- Ishaga axis). I was suprised they were remitting 50k weekly.🤔. I was told similar arrangements apply across Agege, Dopemu, n environs.

I'm like ,no wonder investors have dumped Uber business . Because, how on Earth will Keke be matching rentals with Uber/Bolt vehicles and still expect Investors to be there.
A lot of Uber Investors are licking their wounds, only the brave ones come out to speak of their losses.

If you are getting the P0420 code, ignore and continue driving.
Your catalyst has nothing to do with mpg.

If catalyst is blocking exhaust gas flow , remove and free up exhaust port.

In ph, korope delivers 12k daily and 6k on Sundays. While ehailing delivers still deliver 25 to 30k compared to 80k korope delivers.

Just one repair, All your weekly earnings is gone. Investing on ehailing this days doesn't make t.

Imagine, it's just logical for investors to move towards the transport subsectors with better ROI.

I don't understand why people would want to argue with someone's reality. This was SC for yesterday and Saturday, I didn't work yesterday and barely did a trip or two on Saturday but I would cover up aggressively tomorrow. The thing is I can't work more than 4 times a week, I have other things i am doing, but any day I wish to work, I go all in. Early bird catches the worm principle works a lot for me, I start very early as 6am and take a break by 12pm, start again by 3/4pm and work till 10pm.

This is one reason i am reluctant to give out my second car for rentals, the juice doesn't seem to be worth the squeeze.

This are comforting words to make sense of you not doing enough. But to be fair, everyone has their limits which is created by them. Don't believe everything but be open minded to see things from another angle and possibly learn from it. Other people's reality is not yours, vice versa. There are guys here who I met on this platform who are doing numbers you wouldn't believe but don't talk about it as this is a public forum.

Ave said it severally. It's wrong to doubt what people are saying dey earn. Always have an open mind that sees possibilities that challenges ones own limit. Not as competition but as seeing what can be achieved.

Realities are very different. Truthfully a lot of guys are hitting figures DAILY that if posted here this forum go scatter grin. Them don lock up dey observe.
