This road doesn't exist anywhere in Calabar. I have gone on visitation to confirm this pictures that looks like a project completed 3 years ago, yet nothing to show there.

The Calabar section of this project is yet to kick start. These pictures are not from that project site.

The poster Tareq1105 made one very important point and distinction which is that the communities this road will expose to greater civilisation and socio-economic growth will be many and considerable.

Anyone miserable enough to begrudge those people what surely amounts to life and generation-changing progress is a very wicked and sadistic human being beyond redemption.

I am a fan of Architecture, Civil Engineering and humongous infrastructural projects that defines giant leaps and successes for geographical areas, like Dubai for example, so I follow/watch news and programs about those topics.

Look at what the record-breaking tunnel below, that jealous and spiteful USA insisted China could not complete, is doing for trade, connectivity and socio-economic development of of areas with over 7 hours of travel now cut to 22 minutes to note why China is rapidly leaving others miles behind.

This is part of how China became what she is today. Yet some hateful and visionless ethno-religious bigots reject same template for Nigeria and are here trying to discredit this great pursuit.

I really worry for Nigeria because we host too many enemies-within than is healthy for our growth and development.
