One predegree student rent d room opposite my room at my 300 level in university. It's 24hours music which echoed inside my room. My own tape was like when a tiny dog is barking at a huge lion. Am forced to follow and love d stupid old apala , juju , Fuji music he plays everytime. I couldnt sleep or read. Girls in d whole house flock inside his room always. I look like d enemy of d house.

I don't normally go to school library and I don't read at night.My secret was to read at my convienent time in my room when everywhere was silent and I keep getting my 'A' . When I complained he just smiled. He was huge than me and I don't want to embarrass myself.
By second year, I discovered that I don't use to hear music again at 10pm cos I had become used to running away from home.

One of d girls just told me d guy failed his predegree and relocate from d area out of shame to another area to start all over again.
I grad with 4.44 cgpa because of this guy.

I have this neighbors that can fight each other for Africa , they are siblings the kind of noise that comes from that flat dem no born you to sleep when they are awake you must wait for them to sleep before you can sleep.

I complained to the landlord several and he refused to do anything about

Until when his wife gave birth and the constant fight and noise will not let their baby sleep.

That was when he decided to give them quit notice.

Mind you before he took that action I already bought a house cos I got frustrated by the constant noise.

My Estate is the most nosy place in the country. If you're walking on any street, be rest assured that not less than 500 people (landlords and tenants) are glued to their phones watching your moves. The only privacy you have on the street is to drive in fully tint vehicle.

Some will go to the extent of lurking behind your door to try and evesdrop on your personal business...some people are just weird

Very simple, I dey give dem more work. One time back in abj i had this landlady's son. Always trying to know the girls that I bring home. We were just cordial and he would greet and make some weird remarks like " bro, is that your girlfriend? Haa I see you and one girl dey enter for night or that girl dey shout oo, I no just sleep again" it was those one room house not passage house but very public. I was still a 9 - 5er then so I only entertain guests after work , late nights, my off days and weekends. When he became too inquisitive I increased the number of girls on rotation and made sure no one had peace at night. That took care of everything.

Anytime I notice a monitoring spirit aka nosey neighborh I try to always give them a lot of work. Just ignore and overwhelm them with things to be nosey about. Na dem dey taya las las and start minding their biz.
