Landlords, please how do you handle this kind of situation: A tenant told you he is doing a type of job at the point of moving in, but you later suspected he is not doing the type of job he claimed to be doing after he moved in to the house.

You are now being anxious that hope he is not into fraud or something criminal, because if he is bursted by the law operatives you might be arrested as an accomplice for providing accommodation to a criminal. There are even instances where law enforcement officers destroy the House while trying to arrest a criminal.

So landlords how can someone take care of this kind of situation?

If you offered him a tenancy form to fill and he filled in his occupation... That covers you.
Wait for his rent to lapse and evict him jejely

Can such observation be raised with the tenant?
