Who will arrest the lecturer that instruct the course rep to start selling books. In Fed Poly Ilaro for example, no lecturer is allowed to sell texts to student, you take it to the school book shop, determine your price and sell, and you don't make it compulsory for students to buy, although some find a way to bypass the compulsion rule by instructing the class rep to collect all receipts details 48 Likes |
