Great. Now, let's see the excuse the sore losers will come up with after losing the 2027 presidential election. Let's see what the twin rogue of Atiku and Obi who both claimed victory in an election they both lost will come up with now. |

ALTERNATEID:People wey no go get enough polling unit agent across voting centers in the next election. When they lose, they will still say it’s rigging. Thats the default song of political losers in Nigeria. More details of what was passed: SENATE STICKS WITH ELECTRONIC AND MANUAL TRANSMISSION OF ELECTION RESULTS |

Maomih:Same thing that they adopted last week. |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by ALTERNATEID: 1:46pm On Feb 10 |
LegendHero:Even if Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed are to jointly conduct the election, bad losers will always find an excuse not to accept defeat. We are waiting for them again in 2027. |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by Burob: 1:47pm On Feb 10 |
ALTERNATEID:Bruv, no difference in what Akpabio said last week. Where it can’t be done electronically, it should be transmitted manually, na em opposition start to shout, only e transmission we want. |

ALTERNATEID:Even if Jesus and Muhammad are INEC chairman and vice, APC will still try to bribe them. They will tell them to send Angel Michael or Gabriel to coman collect cash that they cannot do transfer. |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by LegendHero(op): 1:51pm On Feb 10 |
Burob:Exactly, they passed same thing. Opposition leaders just want to use it to trend and protest. It’s a normal thing, APC would have done the same if they are opposition too. All those noise is needed. Even them Atiku, Amaechi, Obi, know say they just dey play |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by SmartPolician: 1:51pm On Feb 10 |
What changed? People are saying that the NASS should make electronic transmission in REAL TIME mandatory. Input electoral data and submit result sheets of all PUs to the iRev in real time. If you like, you can take hard copy to the INEC office the next month. If Tinubu wins elections through this process, nobody would bother challenging his victory in court |

Good development. At least no loser will complain of election rigging. |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by positivelord: 1:52pm On Feb 10 |
... Rubbish. Mandatory E-transmission of all polling unit results. By adopting manual as alternative .. Akpabio and his cohort is providing avenue for fraud. The nine states Akpabio already know that they will not have network will decide the winner... |

positivelord:Blame your senators. They all agreed to it. Issue with Nigeria is that we don’t usually understand how things work. All your senators agreed but here you’re blaming only Akpabio |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by lionshare: 1:54pm On Feb 10 |
positivelord:so if there’s a dispute on the tranmisted result what do we do? |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by ddippset(m): 1:55pm On Feb 10 |
They should make it mandatory to transmit electronically for polling places already known to have network. And manual for places known over the years without network. We can begin from there. |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by Racoon(m): 1:55pm On Feb 10 |
Neither here or there. The current modalit y is electronic mode of election results transmission or nothing. Crooks want to give room for manual manipulation. |
| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by Burob: 1:56pm On Feb 10 |
LegendHero:Yes o, playing politics to the cheer of the audience, they would have done the same thing for public sympathy over much ado about nothing. |

SmartPolician:—What is your definition of real time? 5min, 1hr? —Anambra governorship election that was done recently had all the result sheets uploaded on IREV portal. Does that count as real time or not? —If there is server breakdown or issues and they can’t get some of those result on IREV, what will happen? Outright cancellation of result? When you create law, ensure it is something that is feasible. You’re voting manually on paper, how do you expect real time witn that? They should restructure INEC and start electronic voting. Like that you don’t need any paper and you can transmit result live.

APC: Not to brag but we now have over 10m registered members. Nigerians: That’s very nice. Oya approve Real time transmission of electoral results, so that the world can see you are winning because people love you. APC: Haaa, that’s too risky ooo.

| Re: Senate Adopts Electronic And Manual Mode Of Transmission Of Election Results by SmartPolician: 2:03pm On Feb 10 |
LegendHero:Real time means the moment all collations are done at the PU and results declared before the voters, input the data to the website and snap and upload the result sheet too. I'm not writing Swahili here. What typically makes the server to break down if not INEC staffers manipulating it from the backend and feeding Nigerians with wrong information? This moniker has repeatedly insisted that auditing companies like PwC, Deloitte or KPMG should have access to INEC backend so they know what those crook staffers are doing on election day. The day INEC officials know that an eye is on them, they'll sit up! |

ALTERNATEID:They will blame the weather and criticize APC why election was scheduled on a sunny day instead of rainy day. Their loss is GUARANTEED at the polls already and all they trying to get now is a reason for their loss. |
