I appealed and uploaded the necessary documents they requested for and the suspension was lifted this year, although I had to start from scratch as they wiped out all my friends and followers.

Not up to two weeks after I got my Facebook account back I was suspended again and I don't even know what I did wrong.

I tried to open a new Facebook account with a different number but all my attempts were futile.

My Instagram account too was suspended for no reason.

Please how can I open a fresh Facebook and Instagram account that will be left alone by Facebook bots.

Ps. I didn't fight anyone online or use cuss words.

Don't open with number again. Use only Email to open a new account and thank me later

Walahi my broza.... That is the truth. Facebook is the only social media site that you feel you are being watched. Even on this Forum with it's history of bans you know it's a robot but on Facebook there is this feeling of being watched....

Mine was suspended 3times December
I didn't do anything, I guess is because I bought the phone from those internet warriors, I appeal 3times and it was open

The annoying part is they don't point out what you did that caused the suspension. How do you know to avoid it?

You need clean and believable details.

New email address (Gmail preferred)
New phone number (never used on Meta)
New profile photo (do NOT reuse old photos)
Real name (don’t use nicknames or business names)

Make the account look normal and boring.

Slow human behavior (this is where you probably fail)

For the first month:

Add 2–3 friends per day

Like a few posts

Scroll, watch videos, comment normally

Don’t post links, join many groups or Follow many pages. Don't Send many friend requests, run ads or create pages etc

In summary, behave like human

My facebook account of 15 years ago was suspended 2023 and I don’t even use the phone for anything at all . I opened another Facebook in 2024 and lost that one too again in same year ,opened another one last year which I lost last year again . Even all the instagram pages I opened too was disabled . That meta owned app is just frustrating the users especially when they see that the page is getting engagements . I wish better apps could come up so that we can leave this meta ,zuck alone . It is really frustrating even if you change your device & phone number ,you can still be banned if your IP has been blacklisted .

You are adding so many friends. So many friends requests lead will lead to ban, because computer knows you are adding several friends in other to scam people.

This makes sense cos I'm guilty of it. Though I was eager to rebuild my friends and followers back. But why can't Facebook tell us explicitly not to do this? Na to just suspend person account be the solution?? Mtcheeeew
