I think it's about time, you give your definition of what a suicide vest is, the principle of how it works and explain the exact type of explosives used to make them.

I've already given my explanation of how suicide vest works and explained how a modified anti tank mine that is commonly used in combat as a heavy duty explosive could be strapped vest that could then be worn by a person to commit a suicide bombing.

Your only claims of Russian war crimes were news reports from the very countries and organizations that are sending weapons to Ukraine in the war against Russia.

News about the so-called persecution of a Russian soldier by a Russian court came from Ukrainian and western sources and not Russian sources.

Your case is no different from that of your friend who keeps claiming Russia is using black soldiers as suicide bombers, but his only evidence is that of White Russian soldiers planting those same land mines or throwing them into Ukrainian trenches.
