⚡Polish President Nawrocki: We know well that there are no alliances forever, and there is no support without cost. This is natural diplomatic practice. History has taught us that we must be tough and pragmatic in external relations, and political emotions in foreign policy are always a bad adviser.

How true it was when Nietzsche said "If you kill a cockroach, you're a hero but if you kill a butterfly you're evil. Morals have aesthetic criteria, the most dangerous form of blindness is believing that your perspective is the only reality. " Top of the morning fellas |
| Re: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by Nobody: 11:28am On Feb 12 |
usmanpogo:Even the quote by Nietzsche is based on a subjective view. What makes a butterfly any better than a cockroach? They are both insects. Nietzsche must have arrived at that view simply because he saw butterflies as attractive or cockroaches as destructive. What if I find cockroaches appealing 🤷🤷. Morals really do have aesthetic criteria and that is evident in Nietzsche's quote but I think that is an archaic one considering the positivist school of thought across several disciplines. |

Scorpio99:The words "butterfly" and "cockroach" in this context is just a figure of speech. You missed the point. |

WriteerNg:it has been clear since days after maduro's kidnap that there was a palace coup the house of rodriguez arranged with the americans to take out maduro to gain full control of the country now the matriarch must play a very dangerous game satisfy ever increasing american demands while maintaining her axis ties i guess what many watchers have failed to capture is the realism of economic ties what would happen in a month after sanctions are lifted on north korea china and south korea will be their top 2 trading partners if the sanctions on iran are lifted, iran will sell some of its oil cargo through western trading firms like trafigura and vitrol at higher prices the uae is currently iran's second largest trading partner after china and the uae is the most zionist gulf state if the sanctions on cuba are lifted, the us will be a top 3 trading partner by virtue of proximity rodriguez should ensure that the dividends of whatever detente is felt by the populace venezuelans have suffered enough rodriguez has been in charge of major economic reforms over the past few years in 2024, under maduro, the CPP framework authorized higher private participation in the oil industry oil production increased 30% as a result newer laws are a continuation of these reforms the venezuelan establishment had started signaling years back that they were on track to make a significant break from orthodox chavismo economic policies i'm quite excited to see how she handles the conflicting ties -Lord |

usmanpogo:Lol, I didn't. I understand what he is trying to say. His quote about cockroach and butterflies is simply stressing that human beings determine what is moral by using what appears beautiful and appealing to the senses. That is what brings up the statement of "morals have aesthetic criteria." Men, you fall my hand sha. You think I am one of these pro Russian hordes that can't read between the lines? 🤣🤣🤣 |

WriterrNg:When we say this is dude and his 🤡🤡 fans are schizophrenic, it’s not an exaggeration. This is what he said about USMCA in his first term https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/briefings-statements/remarks-president-trump-signing-ceremony-united-states-mexico-canada-trade-agreement/ And today, we’re finally ending the NAFTA nightmare and signing into law the brand-new U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. (Applause.) Very special. Very, very special. The USMCA is the largest, fairest, most balanced, and modern trade agreement ever achieved. There’s never been anything like it. Other countries are now looking at it, but there can’t be a border like that because, believe it or not, that is by far the biggest border anywhere in the world, in terms of economy, in terms of people. There’s nothing even close. This is a colossal victory for our farmers, ranchers, energy workers, factory workers, and American workers in all 50 states and, you could almost say, beyond — because it’s all beyond. This is all over the world even though it’s at one beautiful border — where, by the way, a very major powerful wall is, right now, being built. (Laughter.) Okay? I don’t know if I should say that at this particular reading. I know last night it got a very big hand. (Laughter.) Today, they’re a little bit like, “Are we supposed to clap now?” (Laughter.) The USMCA is estimated to add another 1.2 percent to our GDP and create countless new American jobs. It will make our blue-collar boom — which is beyond anybody’s expectation — even bigger, stronger, and more extraordinary, delivering massive gains for the loyal citizens of our nation. For the first time in American history, we have replaced a disastrous trade deal that rewarded outsourcing with a truly fair and reciprocal trade deal that will keep jobs, wealth, and growth right here in America. (Applause.) And, in a true sense, it’s also a partnership with Mexico and Canada and ourselves against the world. It’s really a trade partnership, if you look at it that way. And it’s a day of great celebration in all three countries. |

US bill targets illegal Chinese mining operations in Nigeria for ‘funding Fulani militias' A fresh bill at the United States house of representatives has proposed that the country’s secretary of state works with the Nigerian government to thwart “hostile foreign exploitation of Chinese illegal mining operations”. The proposed legislation, titled: ‘Nigeria Religious Freedom and Accountability Act of 2026’, was introduced by five Republican lawmakers on Tuesday. The congressmen who sponsored the bill are Chris Smith, Riley Moore (bill author), Brian Mast, Mario Diaz-Balart, and Bill Huizenga. -The cable

Mikasaobi:yes, they're schizophrenic but it also lends to the characterization that the us is non-agreement capable after they hash out a deal they immediately start working on tearing up that deal and pushing a new more favorable deal under the loudmouth especially, deals are temporary armistices to be torn up when conditions permit which makes sense from his real estate background valuation of properties and rent prices are not permanent realtors always find a way to squeeze more out of the counterparty -Lord |
