Jegheter:I see some trips on indrive and I'm like WTF...people now price trips like it is Okada that is coming to pick them. |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by DEGREE2466(m): 6:01am On Feb 13 |
Biodun1929:Bolt and Uber are now worse than Indrive. In fact, most riders cancel Indrive trips after drivers are bidding higher and they check Bolt to see that the price is way cheaper than the original price they put on Indrive. Bolt will give you a 25 minutes, 7.7km trip and the net is 2700 naira. Even riders are surprised at the ridiculous prices Bolt is charging. Some are asking if Bolt is doing promo or what. This doesn't make sense at all

Biodun1929:Indrive deduct my money for every cancelled trip. Is that how they do it now? Whether I'm 20 minutes away from the rider, they would still deduct my money once I or the rider cancels. That app company is going really crazy. I don't blame them |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Biodun1929(m): 6:19am On Feb 13 |
DEGREE2466:This is crazy. I wonder why the apps have gotten so bad, after a wonderful December. |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Biodun1929(m): 6:20am On Feb 13 |
DEGREE2466:They return it after a while, but not the full money that was deducted. |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by DEGREE2466(m): 6:24am On Feb 13 |
Jegheter:Until you activate Uber and Bolt app, you will come to term with the reality of the current price. No app is better than the other. You just have to be super selective of what trip to accept and where to go. I normally work within Shomolu, Yaba, Surulere, Anthony, Ojota/Ogudu, Gbagada, in fact the whole of Kosofe, some part of Mushin. The farthest I can go is Ikeja. It surges slightly within these areas and you can afford to select trips. If you go places like Ikorodu, Alimosho, etc, you're on your own |

DEGREE2466:I agree. I love you route decision. I do this a lot. I hate working on d Island tho I do when not having a choice. I was there yesterday and the traffic was mad as usual cause of the construction. But Uber and bolt will be better on d Island cause of traffic atleast d fares will not be d same. As @pearl said honestly this app companiesknow what dey r doing. Dey can increase d prices as dey do during surge and passengers will still pay premium but dey prefer all these useless competitive nature with demselves that adversely affects drivers. Wicked people esp bolt ![]() |

dru23:So which coolant brand is the best since abro coolant is not the right one ? |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by dru23(m): 2:19pm On Feb 13*. Modified: 3:00pm On Feb 13 |
charlinton007:Any name brand coolant will do .. most of the Abro is water and color mix together. Read the label of the coolant carefully.. example below This coolant has the basics requirements that is required for all manufacturers of cars. So you can use it for all types of cars. When using new coolant it is always advisable to completely drain out the old coolant flush it preferable with distilled water or you can use the water dripping from your air conditioner from your house. Mixing coolant with another coolant is not advisable, due to chemical reactions... Just playing safe When using coolant your radiator is protected from rust. your engine cools off better, because coolant has added chemicals to cool the engine, compare to using water. You will avoid over heating and replacing your gasket. And most importantly, you don't need to change coolant offen like engine oil . The coolant should last at least 12months.... And take note : use coolant that are already premix . No need to add water.read the label well it tells no need to add water. Just use it like . Others will ask you to add water to 50% ratio. But nobody has that time because you to use distilled water, using ordinary water does not make sense.. The manufacturer has already done the work when is already premix
