That's not true. Before the law enforcement agents in Nigeria arrest people, they look at their faces. They are only lawless when they are arresting poor people but respect influential people.

For instance, EFCC wil do mugshots of yahoo boys who stole $10k but will hardly do the same to politicians who stole $10 million. That's the country we live in.
