Sophia did not sue him, he was the one that sued her. She never stopped him from seeing Imade, she only requested that the visits must be supervised and the child cannot travel with him. Considering the type of lifestyle Davido is living, that's the best kind of access he can get with the child, let's leave sentiment out of this. It was through this lawsuit that we got to know that Davido did not pay child support on Imade for years, Sophia never made this public till she got sued and Davido never refuted this till date. Whoever advised Davido to embark on this custody battle did not do well at all

He was living same kind of lifestyle when they were together right?? Seems you don't know women. It's never about her child's safety. I realized it last year:

Nigerian society isn't built on Love.

So it will be very difficult for Step-parenting to work here. And children are difficult for even their own biological parents.

Because I compared 2nd Marriage anecdotal gist in Nigeria to 2nd Marriage anecdotal gist in the USA and omo! In general, Nigerian women were not bred to love another woman's child. The best you could hope for was polite tolerance and "please stay with your Father and leave me alone when you're around, I am not your mother.

Nigerian medical people wanted to ask my classmate if and how she would love her child that she had through Surrogacy, even though it was her egg used so it was biological hers.

Nigerian women that will say "the child I adopted is misbehaving" and return that child back to the village or orphanage, from the USA.

So far, no child has died in the custody of the mother. And no one has overdosed on cocaine in the mother's house.

Humans lie, test results don't especially test that was meticulously carried out. They both came out clean without any traces of substances in their systems. The only way Imade would have been exposed to weeds and other harmful substances is if she was living with her dad.

The only people allowing emotions to get the best of them are Davido and men that are upset because a mother is trying to raise her child the best way she can considering the circumstances. They prefer the child to be exposed to all sorts of shady, unhinged men and a stepmother that has made it clear doesn't want her around so the mother won't be seen as bitter and desperate.

If I were David I would have ignored that child and the mother tay tay, after all he has other kids, infact I will block all but basic financing to the kid and especially the mother.
