Is it safe for a white man to travel to Nigeria solo ?

Yes it is, if you do your research and know where you are going and how to get around and use your brain and can cope with being different to everyone else and can accommodate just about everyone being curious about you and poking their nose in your business. If you are friendly too, you wouldn't even be solo for long.

You'd need to know where not to go though, because white or black man, there's places that are not safe.

To me it's very safe, in the cities like the poster above me suggested it depends on how you keep your body. Be friendly, go to the regular open markets yourself. People won't know there are several foreigners who do this in PH, no body send them because there's absolutely nothing to attract attention.

Yes, it is safe. Just stay in the South Western States. Avoid the north.
